PLUM sent to City Council for a July 7, 2014 hearing, the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR), PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT and ORDINANCES FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to establishing the Warner Center 2035 Specific Plan sign district, generally bounded by the Los Angeles River to the north; De Soto Avenue to the east; the Ventura Freeway to the south; and the properties along Topanga Canyon Boulevard to the west.
