City Council has transmitted a Motion to Planning Land Use and Management. The City is currently exploring new strategies to fund public right-of-way improvements, including street, alley and sidewalk repair. The City should encourage and incentivize private parties to undertake these types of voluntary improvements, by streamlining the B -Permit process and reducing permit fees for non -required B -Permit work in the public right-of-way.
