To Budget and Finance Committee – Motion (Parks – OFarrell) – That the City Administrative Officer with the assistance of the Building and Safety Department be directed to report with a reevaluation of the Citys current policy of charging 250% late and collection fees for code violation citations, including options and recommendations for reducing this seemingly high percentage rate penalty.
