Resolution (Blumenfield – Bonin) – Resolve that the City Council, pursuant to the California Vehicle Code, hereby prohibits the parking of vehicles that are in excess of 22 feet in length or over 84 inches in height, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on both sides of Topham Street between Yolanda Avenue and Wilbur Avenue.
