Recommendation for Council action: RESOLVE that the Mayor’s reappointment of Mr. Oshin Harootoonian to the North Valley Area Planning Commission for the term ending June 30, 2020, is APPROVED and CONFIRMED. Mr. Harootoonian resides in Council District 12. (Current Commission gender composition: M= 2; F=3)
