RESOLUTION (BONIN – WESSON) relative to the City’s position regarding SB 593 (McGuire), allowing for the regulation of Online Vacation Rental Businesses.
Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE to include in the City’s 2015-16 State Legislative Program SUPPORT for SB 593 (McGuire) that would allow for the regulation of Online Vacation Rental Businesses by ensuring local control.
