Memo (October 25, 2016)

On September 7, 2016, the City Council approved the Parks Dedication and Fee
Update ordinance (aka Quimby), Ordinance No. 184,505. The ordinance will take
effect on January 11, 2017. The ordinance applies to all new residential dwelling
units and joint living and work quarters, except affordable housing units and
second dwelling units in single-family zones.
