Motion (Wesson, Jr. – Huizar) relative to instructing the Department of City Planning, with the assistance of the City Attorney, to prepare and present an ordinance to amend all sections of the Los Angeles Municipal Code to change the term ‘second dwelling unit’ to ‘accessory dwelling unit’ to achieve consistency with State law (Government Code Section 65852.2).
