Recommendation for Council action:
DISAPPROVE the exemption of one Principal City Planner position (Class Code 7946) for the DCP from the Civil Service provisions of the City Charter, pursuant to Charter Section 1001(d)(4).
Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the DCP. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
