Update to Mailing Notification Requirements

Dear Angelenos:
Please be advised that City Planning has modified its mailing procedures to require submission of notification materials when they are ready to be used, rather than at the time of case filing. This will prevent applicants from having to update mailing lists and labels as the date of a public hearing or issuance of a Letter of Determination (LOD) approaches.
Starting December 1, 2021, one hard copy and electronic copy of the notification map and Perjury Statement will be required at the time of case filing. Project Planning staff will request the remaining notification materials from the applicant approximately six to eight weeks before scheduling a public hearing or issuing the LOD.
