Through City ordinance, the City of Los Angeles has approved that all newly constructed buildings be fitted with all electrical infrastructure. All electric buildings contain no combustion equipment such as fuel or gas piping that provide energy for appliances and/or equipment and such structures are expected to rely solely on electricity.
