Pg. 4: Council instructs the Planning Department, with the assistance of the Department of Transportation, Department of Building and Safety, Bureau of Engineering, and in consultation with the City Attorney, and the Coastal Commission, to prepare a report within 60 days with recommendations to establish a programmatic Coastal Development Permit for Al Fresco outdoor dining on both private property and in the public right of way in the Coastal Zone.

Pg. 5;  City Council instructs the Department of Transportation, with the assistance of the Department of Planning, to report back within 30 days with a recommendation, and findings from the General Manager of the Department of Transportation and the Director of Planning as set forth in Section 12.B of the Specific Plan, regarding authorization of expenditure of up to $683,473 of Specific Plan PIA Fee funds for the proposed Sherman Oaks BID Van Nuys Boulevard Median Project located on Van Nuys Boulevard from Moorpark Street to Hortense Street. Further, the City Council authorizes the Department of Transportation to make any corrections, clarifications, or revisions to the above fund transfer and amendment instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this motion, including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections/clarifications/changes may be made orally, electronically, or by any other means.
