The City of LA’s Proposed “Wildlife Ordinance”

JMBM Land Use Webinar Series

The City of LA’s Proposed “Wildlife Ordinance”
What You Need to Know

The City of Los Angeles is getting closer to adopting a new Wildlife Ordinance District, which will impose significant new development restrictions for properties located between the 405 and 101 freeways in the Santa Monica Mountains, including: Hollywood, Laurel Canyon, Bel-Air, Beverly Crest, Sherman Oaks, and Studio City. The City has also expressed plans to expand these restrictions to other communities.

In our upcoming webinar, JMBM attorneys will provide an update on the status and timing of the ordinance, and will explain how this new ordinance is anticipated to impact homeowners and home builders in the affected region.

The session will include a discussion followed by a live Q&A. We hope you are able to join us.
