CF 14-0518    UPDATE 

CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (KORETZ – HUIZAR, ET AL.) relative to creating a Wildlife Corridor in the eastern area of the Santa Monica Mountains (Hillside Ordinance Zone).

The City Attorney’s Office is now reviewing the Wildlife Ordinance. Once form and legality review is complete, it will go to the full City Council for consideration in the coming months. Additionally, at the direction of the PLUM Committee, City Planning has been instructed to provide a report of staffing resources required to implement the ordinance. City Planning and Council Districts 4 and 5 have prepared new fact sheets about the ordinance.
